This artwork is a Limited Edition called “BLUE FOREST STAIRWAY” by Frank Lee Hawkins. I visited Multnomah Falls in Oregon over a decade ago.
There were some interesting stairs and rock walls with ivy starting at Multnomah Falls information center that goes up into the forest, to the hiking trail that goes to the waterfall. That’s what this work is based on.
