This Bristlecone Pine artwork is inspired by the Ancient Bristlecone Pine forest in the White Mountains near my home.
Because it’s dedicated to the memory of my dad, I kept at it and was extra picky about the outcome. I’ve been on and off this project since late 2020. I finished this artwork in March of 2024.
This was very difficult to get right compared to most of my art projects, but I enjoyed overcoming the problems. I’m very pleased with the outcome. I’m glad I did not give up on it.
